CGGs have seven large vans to assist disabled fans around campus during Cougar Football game days. They run before the game and after. If you have a special pick up, call the Cougar Athletic Fund at 509-335-0220 prior to game day to get a shuttle scheduled.
A CGG is located in the Gray W Lounge to assist with check-in and to greet guest as they arrive. They will also answer any questions you have about CGG or WSU in general!
For the Cougar Athletic Fund members receiving exclusive pregame sideline passes, we are there to check you in! We have CGGs ready to check you in and escort you to the field. Check out the CAF member benefit chart to see how you can get sideline passes.
CGGs are excited to welcome our guests into the premium seating areas located in the press box. At half time we deliver statistics sheets (and cookies!) to the suite level.
Multiple CGGs roam Martin Stadium with all the answers to your questions. They're easy to spot too! We have a large sign sticking out of our backpack saying "ask me". Don't hesitate to approach us!
Information Booths & Concierge Desks
Parterning with WSU Athletics Event Management staff, you'll find four information booths located around the stadium staffed with CGGs. If you have a question don't hesitate to approach them and ask. We also have three concierge desks located in our premium seating for the entire game. They're ready to assist you with any customer services issues you might have.
Our social media guru is meant to do all things social media! They help monitor and post game day happenings and photos to our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat accounts. Be sure to follow us using the links below!
CGGs ensure the smooth transition of track events by assisting with the setup of the hurdles.
We love welcoming the fans into Beasley Coliseum! We're stationed at almost every entrance and can answer any questions you have or guide you to your seats.
CGGs also participate in hosting A Night with Cougar Football, the Cougar Sports Kickoff to the Cougar Legends golf tournament, and other regional events.
CGGs are focused on service to the community. We plan philanthropic events, such as our blood drives and participating in the Halloween Carnival at Beasley Coliseum. Feel free to email us about more ways to get involved in philanthropy with us!
Our most well known event is Wave the Flag. CGGs line the streets as fans enter Pullman, waving the WSU flag prior to one football game a year!
